Singer, Halsey buys One Direction's Liam Payne's Calabasas house for $10.1 million (photos)

 

26-year-old American singer, Halsey has splurged $10,161,150 for One Direction's Liam Payne's oasis in Calabasas.

 

Halsey's new five-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion is 9,659 sq. feet spread over 4.75 acre tucked away in the hills above Malibu.

 

 

The house is equipped with a number of indoor amenities including a recording studio, library, wine cellar and home theater; and on the outside, a sanctuary area with a koi pond and waterfalls.

 

It is also gated and has a guard house, with a path including rows of trees and a bridge leading to the main property.

 

 

The outdoor area has a sanctuary area that has a guest bedroom, an equipped home gym, an area for meditation and massages with idyllic views. 

 

Payne paid $10 million for the home in 2015 before putting it up for sale about 3 years ago. He initially asked for $14 million before dropping the price to $13 million and eventually $10.5 million.
