Nigerian Army Arrests Soldier for Pleading With His Colleagues Not To Shoot #EndSARS Protesters

 A soldier of the Nigerian army has been arrested for telling his colleagues not to shoot at #EndSARS protesters.

A Nigerian soldier, Lance Corporal Harrison Friday who on Friday wore a hood and begged his fellow soldiers not to kill #EndSARS protesters has been arrested by the Nigerian Army.
 
He had made a video begging his colleagues not to shoot at #EndSARS protesters even when ordered to do so.
 
However, in a post shared on its Twitter handle this morning October 21, the Nigerian Army says Harrison carried out ‘cybercrime’ and that he has now been arrested.
 
The tweet reads:
 
The hooded soldier has been apprehended.

The hooded soldier hiding behind the mask to commit cybercrimes has been apprehended in the ongoing cyber operations, in support of operation smile VI. Be rest assured criminals have no hiding place.
 
Recall that yesterday, soldiers had invaded the Lekki toll gate and killed #EndSARS protesters.
 
However, Nigerians have attacked the army for arresting Harrison calling him a hero.
