Boko Haram Attacks Governor Shettima's Convoy In Borno, Many Feared Killed

Emerging reports have it that the convoy of the Borno State first man has been waylaid by members of the Boko Haram sect in the north-east.

Suspected Boko Haram insurgents on Wednesday attacked the convoy of Borno State governor, Kashim Shettima, who were on their way to a political rally at Gamboru-Ngala.

 

Witnesses’ reports said many were feared dead, just as dozens were missing.

 

This administration has severally claimed to have defeated the Boko Haram sect 'technically'.
