According to reports, a woman who feigns madness was caught with many valuable items including cash and mobile phones on Thursday around Dugbe/Eleyele road, Ibadan, Oyo state capital.
Herald reports that residents believed that the woman must have been involved in some shady things as mad persons would not have the things in her possession.
The woman escaped being lynched as men of the police force arrived the scene on time to move her away.
This is not the first time a disguised mad person will be arrested in Ibadan.
Late 2018, Gisttube9ja.com also reported the arrest of a man who pretended to be mad at UI gate, Ibadan.
