Former heavyweight champion, Anthony Joshua, has admitted to making some tactical changes to his fighting style ahead of his rematch bout against Andy Ruiz.

Joshua will have a golden chance of proving Ruiz's victory over him was a fluke and similarly reclaim his belts when he faces the heavyweight champion on December 7 in Saudi Arabia's 15,000 capacity stadium.

The rematch, dubbed "fight of dunes" is highly adjudged greatest test of Joshua's true championship. The Nigerian-British born pugilist was knocked out at the seventh round by the "underdog" Mexican champion, thus losing his IBF, WBC, and WBO belts.

With less than a month to the much anticipated fight, Joshua said he would want the whole world to bow down for him when he defeats Ruiz. The 30-year-old, who earlier rubbished talks that his career is at stake should he lose again to the Mexican champion in Riyadh, now said he has opted for tactical change having seen the need for it to avoid more defeat.

"I've been saying it for two years. My style has to change. If I want the same result, I do the same thing in preparation. If I want a different result, I have to do different things in training," the 30-year-old said.

"Not change everything. I haven't got enough time to reinvent the whole plan and there's certain leaks that I've been saying that I need to tighten up on, but it's all good."
