Ilaka Is Makinde’s Chief Of Staff, To Be Sworn-in Tomorrow

Governor Seyi Makinde has appointed the Ladilu of Oyo, Chief Oyebisi Ilaka as his Chief of Staff.

The new Governor made the announcement shortly after the handing-over ceremony at the Governor’s Office, Secretariat, Ibadan.

He had wanted to inaugurate him today but the officials were not prepared. It was postponed till tomorrow.

Ilaka, who hails from Oyo East local government of Oyo town was the senatorial candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, in February 23, 2019 National Assembly election which was won by Sen. Teslim Folarin.
