A photo has emerged on social media showing the extent of damage the Onitsha tanker explosion did to a man's shop.

The horrific Onitsha fire incident has left many people absolutely devatsted and the man pictured above in red T-shirt, is one of them.
The unnamed young man is pictured standing outside his shop which was totally razed in the Wednesday fire accident in Onitsha.


It will be recalled that the accident occurred when a tanker laden with petroleum products, fell into a ditch and spilled its contents. A ball of fire resulted from this incident and quickly spread.

The fire razed structures, including shops, on Upper Iweka Road, Onitsha and at Ochanja market.
