Music lovers filled Portugal beach for the day 1 of Afro Nation Festival 2019 and they can be seen singing and dancing to Yoruba gospel song.


The Afro Nation Festival in Portugal started Thursday, August 1st and the beach was packed with bikini-clad ladies and guys in beach wears singing and dancing popular gospel song, IGWE with it’s Yoruba lyrics.

The Afro Nation 2019 festival debut edition started August 1st in Portimão, the Algarve, Portugal. The festival is Europe’s biggest urban music beach festival.

The 4-day event takes place from 1-4 August on the stunning Praia da Rocha, and it promises to bring together some of the most exciting names in Afrobeats, hip hop, R&B, dancehall and bashment.

The headliners are a trio of Nigerian stars in Wizkid, Davido and Burna Boy. IAMDDB, MIST, Yxng Bane, Stefflon Don, Ms Dynamite and many more also appear on the line-up, with DJs Charlie Sloth, Steel Banglez and Tim Westwood confirmed to play.
