Is it the end of the road for sacked local government chairmen in Oyo State? Are they going to appeal the judgement.
The Oyo State High Court has vacated the order restraining the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde, from dissolving the council chairmen elected by the administration of former governor Abiola Ajimobi.
The sacked council chairmen, OYO INSIGHT recalls, had gone to court following the termination of their tenure by Makinde.
