There was confusion and commotion after man created a huge scene during the elections yesterday at ward 1, Urban unit 1 located at Methodist church Umuahia, Abia state capital.
The yet-to-identified man stripped totally n*ked to the shock of voters and security personnel in the area.
According to Abia Breaking News, the man came to the polling unit and started behaving strangely.
When the security agents at the unit accosted him, he was said to be in procession of substance suspected to be Indian hemp.
However, he was said to have stripped n*ked as he created a scene and disrupted the voting process with his dramatic displays as can be seen in a viral video posted online.
