I Won’t Discriminate Against You—Adelabu Tells Alao-Akala, Akintunde, Ajanaku, Others



The governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress in Oyo State, Adebayo Adelabu, has hailed the return of some politicians to the ruling All Progressives Congress in the state.

Those who returned to the party include a former governor of the state, Chief Adebayo Alao-Akala; a former House of Representatives’ candidate in Ibadan North-West/South-West, Rotimi Ajanaku; and a former Commissioner for Works and Transport, Dr Yunus Akintunde.
Others are former state chairman of the defunct Congress of Progressives Change, Alhaji Sulaimon Oyaremi; Chief Sola Ogunbode; Alhaji Isiaka Salami; Alhaji Moroof Maganna and some Unity Forum members.
Adelabu commended them for returning to the house which he said they jointly built.
He promised not to discriminate against any member, saying the good ideas of everyone would help in the development of the state.
The governorship candidate also promised to sustain the school feeding programme, if elected on Saturday.
He gave the assurance during his campaign across the state where he assured teachers of higher wages if elected.
He described education as “the bedrock of human and nation’s development.”
