Premier League table: Arsenal now four points behind Spurs, Man Utd, Liverpool win

Arsenal hammered Bournemouth 5-1 at the Emirates on Wednesday night, to close the gap between them and rivals Tottenham Hotspur to four points.

The Gunners have hit a rich vein of form in their last fixtures and took the Cherries apart, thanks to goals from Mesut Ozil, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Laurent Koscielny, Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Alexandre Lacazette.
They now have 56 points, while Spurs who lost 2-0 to Chelsea at Stamford Bridge, have 60 in third place.
Manchester United kept their hopes of finishing in the top four alive, with a battling 3-1 victory at Crystal Palace, with Romelu Lukaku netting a brace for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s injury-ravaged squad.
Liverpool are still on top, thanks to a 5-0 rout of Watford at home, while Manchester City kept up pace with a 1-0 win over West Ham.
