BREAKING: Sambisa Forest On Fire As Nigerian Army Wrecks Havoc, Delivers Deadly Blow On Boko Haram, Captures Top Commander Alive, Many Dead
The Nigerian Soldiers, on Wednesday, dealt a decisive blow on Boko Haram, as they cleared remnants of the insurgents from some villages in the Northern fringes of Sambisa forest.
The Soldiers also rescued another 212 persons held hostage by the rag-tag insurgents.

According to a statement by the Army Spokesperson, Sani Usman, made available to Pressmen, he said that the Soldiers also captured one Boko Haram Commander, “Ameer” of Chawa, Amman Judee, and killed four terrorists.
Usman added that the captured Leader was undergoing interrogation, while the rescued persons were being documented, and under-aged children among them administered oral polio vaccines.
Post-Nigeria recalls that while the Army has continued to achieve success against the terror group, Boko Haram still carries out attacks, mainly on soft targets, in various parts of Borno, Yobe, and Adamawa States.
About 100,000 people have been killed since the Boko Haram insurgency began in 2009.
