A baby has been rescued by concerned residents of Ikorodu after a heartless mother abandoned the child in the bush.

Residents of Ikorodu were left in shock after a baby was found inside a bush in Cele bus stop area of Ikorodu, Lagos State, this morning. 

 

The baby was spotted while crying profusely, abandoned by the mother.

 

The baby was rescued and rushed to a hospital for medical attention by concerned residents who cursed the mother for abandoning her baby in the bush.
